About
The common thread is the operating system of the organization.
My work has moved across operations, ERP/CRM, organizational stabilization, public administration, applied research and AI-enabled system design. The enduring focus is how these components interact.
Professional orientation
I work on complex socio-technical systems involving people, roles, processes, information, data, technology, governance and execution. The diagnostic question is rarely only what is broken. It is which relationships in the system are producing the observed friction.
Technology in context
ERP, CRM, automation, data and AI are instruments inside a broader operating model. Their value depends on authority, information quality, process design, controls, adoption and the ability to learn from exceptions.
Evidence over presentation
This site distinguishes implemented work, documented results, working MVPs, system design and applied research. Stronger positioning should not require weaker factual boundaries.
